This blog has been established by animal lovers to expose the double standards, hypocricy and media driven prosecution policy that is institutional within the RSPCA. This site thoroughly condemns cruelty and neglect towards animals and in particular objects to the numbers of animals killed by the RSPCA (60,000+ per annum) and several of the methods used. RSPCA ILLEGAL WARRANTS EXPOSED
Anonymous said...
I am surprised that the DCA have failed to idendify any cases - beyond those where specific enquiries have been made by victims' lawyers - of illegal warrants and the like applied for by the RSPCA. The DCA's Bench Book misonfirmed magistrates that ordinary members of the public working for the RSPCA could appear before them and make applications for warrants!
Are you really surprised?
ReplyDeleteThere have been many complaints to Police forces across the UK about illegal use of warrants requested by the RSPCA, I understand that no complaints have ever been upheld, how can that be the case if the RSPCA has no legal rights to request a warrant, perhaps it is associated with the £100,000's per annum that the RSPCA spend on training Magistrates and Police Forces!
ReplyDeleteSo if the RSPCA as "ordinary members of the public" can apply to the Courts for a warrant, that must mean that any ordinary member of the public can also apply for a warrant, for whatever they want it for, eg don't get on with your neighbour, come up with some ficticious allegation, and go to the Courts, well that's what the RSPCA have been doing for years, when are the politicians going to take note? Oh they won't, because the RSPCA are paying them all off!
