RSPCA AND POLICE RAID BOARDING KENNELS WITH 50 OFFICERS

TAKING OUT THE COMPETITION AND ABUSING TAXPAYERS MONEY, WHERE ARE THE POLICE WHEN PEOPLE ARE BEING MUGGED, ROBBED AND RAPED?

RAIDING DECENT KENNELS WITH THE RSPCA!

A BOARDING kennels in the Black Country was dramatically shut down by police and the RSPCA after complaints about conditions at the facility.
Animal welfare inspectors and police with a warrant raided the Rosedene Boarding Kennels, Radley Road, Walsall, on Thursday at 9.00am.
Witnesses said around 50 officers entered the site, near Rushall, before moving staff away.
In total 59 dogs were found at the kennels however three were put down by vets on site.
The other 56 were taken into RSPCA care as officers remained on site until around 9.00pm.
Judith Haw, RSPCA spokeswoman said: “56 dogs were removed from the premises by the RSPCA due to the conditions at the kennels. Three dogs were euthanised at the scene on veterinary advice. All of the dogs, which have been signed over by the RSPCA, are now in animal centres for re-homing.”
She added an investigation had been launched into the state of the kennels which took in stray dogs from Walsall, Dudley and Sandwell to be re-homed.
A spokesman from West Midlands Police said the operation had been conducted on a warrant under the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
He said the organisations had acted after information from the community raised concerns about animal welfare. One witness, who asked not to be named, “Staff were not allowed on the premises, they shut it down and all the dogs have gone. Three were put down there.”
She named three put down by vets as Diesel, Stocking and Clarke before adding: “The people there do a lot to save those dogs lives.”
Edith Palmer, 61, who also lives nearby and owns two dogs, said she thought the kennels had been open for around 20 years. She added: “I’m really shocked. I always thought it was good up there. I’ve only ever been up there once. Some people walk dogs from the centre up here, but that’s all I know.”

The more I read about the rspca the more I detest them and all they stand for! Breaking into peoples homes, raiding kennels, snatching and killing healthy dogs--- where will it end?
They have NO right of entry, they have NO right to invade kennels and they have NO right to kill any animal! Other rescues I have spoken to hate the rspca with good reason. This is nothing whatsoever to do with animal welfare, its all about power!!

My experience with the RSPCA has been very distressing. The RSPCA inspector claimed my dog had hip dysplasia, and was in pain, despite our Vet's diagnosis of progressive paralysis, NOT dysplasia. The Inspector also commented that the fact that our large dog couldn't jump into the back of a Landrover was reason enough for the dogs destruction. The dog was not in pain, and we kept her going while she was still content with her lot, but her final days with us were totally ruined because of the RSPCA's harrassment.

The RSPCA are just like the NSPCC. All they want to do is prove what 'good guys' they are, and be the final arbiter of what is cruelty. They then proceed to see cruelty wherever they wish, regardless of the evidence. They need reining in, they are dangerously out of control and do nothing but whip up public hysteria. remember the Swindon pink cat...

What right of access do RSPCA have? On Tuesday a field officer entered my livery stable business. So far I do not know why. He/she climbed a gate to enter, obviously wandered about(it was afternoon school run time and about the only time in daylight hours when no one is about) and left notes demanding our horses have ice free water. Bearing in mind it has been sub zero temperatures for nearly a fortnight and our horses have had constant hay, water and access to shelters as well as being well rugged and fed, this seemed petty and unnecessary. Especially when I tried to phone and they couldn't take my call because they were innundated with emergencies!! Have rang and emailed now numerous times and officer has not yet got back to me. I am not willing to not have a right to reply. Will be grateful for any advice
