Whilst a lot of people have been put to great inconvenience as a result of this dogs matted coat, don't think that the RSPCA did not gain out of it. Every story in the media, and the local paper in the reception gets more money from the pensioners which the RSPCA voraciously target in the privicy of their Solicitors' consulting rooms, when unsuspecting people go to make wills. Also, the RSPCA's vets get paid handsomely by the court for the "work" they have done.
have you ever made a complaint to the headquaters , if you have did you find out that they pass it to the region that you complain about , so they investigate themselves, is that right ,is it fair ?
