There have been many complaints to Police forces across the UK about illegal use of warrants requested by the RSPCA, I understand that no complaints have ever been upheld, how can that be the case if the RSPCA has no legal rights to request a warrant, perhaps it is associated with the £100,000's per annum that the RSPCA spend on training Magistrates and Police Forces!

So if the RSPCA as "ordinary members of the public" can apply to the Courts for a warrant, that must mean that any ordinary member of the public can also apply for a warrant, for whatever they want it for, eg don't get on with your neighbour, come up with some ficticious allegation, and go to the Courts, well that's what the RSPCA have been doing for years, when are the politicians going to take note? Oh they won't, because the RSPCA are paying them all off!
