We ask the government to investigate the RSPCA's activities, especially where they infringe civl or legal rights.

The RSPCA use "bully boy" tactics against innocent members of the public to bring prosecutions. They often infringe on citizens civil and legal rights.
They misuse funds which have been donated by members of the public specifically for animal welfare for their own political gain in bringing these often vexatious prosecutions. This petition asks that the government investigate fully the actions of the RSPCA, ensure that they are unable to prosecute anyone as that is the remit of the CPS and ensure tighter rules are in place from the charities commission to prevent registered charities from using funds for political lobbying or bringing private prosecutions.

I live in Totland Bay on the Isle of Wight. An old lady left the IOW RSPA a field with the intention that it should be left as a wild life haven. The RSPCA have now put the land on sale for £600,000 with permission for building 4 houses (at £150,000 a plot these must be luxury homes). They ignored local opposition when the plans became public.

The RSPCA are taken me to court in April they said i neglected my 18yr old dog sam because he was thin and had bad teeth i was also told that if i didnt sign the form to take my little dog away i could loose my other dogs they put my little boy down ive had dogs for over 40 yrs i would never harm any animal i love yhem all i didnt even get to be with him in his last moments
Hi I am a animal lover not a animal hater that's what the rspca do not think I have had them recently coming my house when my mother who is ill through depretion through them harassing her at the door for no reason there trying to make my life a living hell I thought natzieismn faded out yrs ago really makes me think now I think the rspca need to get a life and stop harassing little old ladys who can't defend themselves they think there God couse theve got lots of money don't answer the door to them in any case there liers and will decieve you in any way possible to take you're animals away don't be fooled with there polite attitude cause it's a lie there visiouse and cruel themselves the way they treat innocent members of the public this is not a hate mail it's truth they need telling b4it gets to late
