YET ANOTHER RSPCA PROSECUTION THROWN OUT AT CROWN COURT

CALLS FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW INTO THE RSPCA PROSECUTIONS DEPARTMENT

As the RSPCA lose yet another case at appeal they still refuse to acknowledge that they are too fast to prosecute and dont apply adequate and meaningfull test criteria, despite the fact that they both investigate and prosecute, have no independant safeguard or monitoring and have a conflict of interest due to the revenues raised from the publicity generated from prosecutions media coverage.
